“What, were you born in a barn?” That’s what I’m always yelling as my oldest child runs out of the house, leaving the door wide open. “Sometimes I think we’re cooling off the whole neighborhood,” I tell my husband, who is also guilty of leaving the sliding patio door too. I’ll admit, it’s easy to do in the summer when you’re carrying noodle salads and trays of hotdogs out for a barbeque. After reading Magic Mesh reviews, I was convinced this product was just what I had been looking for.

What Is Magic Mesh?

According to the Magic Mesh reviews, Magic Mesh is essentially a screened curtain that attaches to your door frame using an adhesive and Velcro strips. The curtain opens by gently pushing right through and then closes in a jiffy by using eighteen strategically placed magnets. When I read how easy it was to install and use, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on one.

Magic Mesh Has Many Different Uses!

People in the Magic Mesh reviews mentioned using this product for a myriad of reasons. For example, one gentleman said he used Magic Mesh to keep his parakeet from flying out of the living room when he’s out of his cage. Others mentioned using Magic Mesh for campers and RVs, which I thought was a great idea since my family goes camping fairly often.

Another common use is as a cheap “doggie door” solution, letting pets come and go as they please. Instead of running expensive air conditioners in the summers, you can just leave the doors open and let Magic Mesh keep flies, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, flying ants, Japanese beetles and June bugs outside.

Are There Any Cons To Magic Mesh?

A couple of buyers mentioned in their Magic Mesh reviews that they needed to reinforce the Velcro adhesive with superglue. I wonder if they forgot to wash the surface before applying the adhesive. I could see dirt compromising the stickiness. Or perhaps they ordered one of the copycat rip-offs from a third party vendor, rather than going through the official site. My Magic Mesh did not have any problem sticking at all.

The Price For Magic Mesh Is Right!

For $19.95 (plus $7.95 shipping and handling), how can you go wrong? Also, for an additional $7.95 shipping, you can get a second Magic Mesh for free! I figured I would know within 30 days if I liked it or not, so it was safe to order, knowing I could get a full refund during that time if needed. I read a couple negative Magic Mesh reviews about people who ordered inferior products from inferior vendors on Amazon, so I decided to order direct. Besides, even Amazon can’t beat the spectacularly cheap As-Seen-On-TV deals!

The Bottom Line

All the Magic Mesh reviews seem to have one thing in common: They all feel Magic Mesh is a product that solves one of their biggest problems during the summertime! Now that I have been using Magic Mesh for a couple months now, I wonder how I ever got by without it! I’m yelling at the kids a lot less, not complaining to my husband anymore, and my two Pekinese have stopped clawing up my doorframe.
